RAW DEAL

A quick early morning run to satisfy the urge. Small group took the Deal finding whatever lines they could to make the trip as challenging as they desired. One side mirror was removed in the shenanigans but no tears were shed. Time allowed a reverse run as well.

THE CRACKS

Memorial Day Weekend

Rating: 4.5

3 Locked up HG Jeeps hit the Heber Cracks paying their dues to the rock and rubble. Trails were mastered forwards and backwards and gravity lost her grip as our Jeeps found theirs even as they hung suspended in mid air.

MOAB, UTAH

May 11 - 17, 2008

Rating: 3.5 - 5

With a  world class trail every day, the camera filled up fast with non-stop Jeep action framed by mother nature's obese splendor. We joined up with 9-12 other Jeepers for a solid week of red rock by day and campfire by night.

RED CREEK

April 26 - 27, 2008

Rating: 3.0

A last ditch effort at cooler temps close to home.  One of our favorite camping set-ups under trees within distance of running water. Fun little trail in and out of the creek, ending with a dip in the Verde.

MARTINEZ CANYON

March 9, 2008

Rating: 4.0

5 Jeeps for this one as we hit Florence Junction after a night of desert camping. We ran Martinez Canyon first but lost a driveshaft and shock on a option past the cabins. Flowers and running water were still present from all the Spring rains.

WICKENBURG MOUNTAINS

December 16, 2007

Rating: 2.5

Just a day trip / pleasure run through the historic area near Wickenburg. We took the long old trail passing gravesites and mining towns out through Castle Creek to lake Pleasant.

SEDONA- BROKEN ARROW

September 29 - 30, 2007

Rating: 3.0

A whole weekend up in the Sedona area. We camped on the rim in the trees and meadows, then drove down into Sedona to do Broken Arrow. First outing with some new Cherokee friends. Came back to town covered in mud.
