Well I'd say you can put a strong dent in it assuming you don't find anything crazy mechanically that hits you in your gut.

I have a set of 16" wheels. 8 lug you could probly have them if they would work. I also have a rear 60 sitting at the shop for cheap. Sliders will be in the works soon for your truck.

Ford 8 lugs don't work on anything but ford... Metric bolt pattern.

Hey Bob, i was just at that yard today and looked over it kind quick for you and Ididnt see any dodge 2500 axles. I seen alot of 14 bolt and rear 60s in chevys and fords but no dodge stuff. just thought i would let you know. You can call them and ask if they have a particular car but they cant tell you what is on it.

So I have been on the hunt for parts. Found a set of rims and tires I wanted but they sold quick.

Hit up the u pull it in chandler. They had one ram 2500 with a 60 under it. $225 and it can be mine.

Picking up the O rings for the AC and a new radiator hose.

Yes on the front. If I cant find something cheaper, The guy on CL has fronts for $400-$450. That puts me at $700. Would replace the ball joints while out.
Sounds like the drive shaft would also need to be cut down and refited with the correct yoke.

I know a one armed mexican that can find you a cheap tranny.
