you dont need one to buy a gun

if you want it shipped directly to your house you need an ffl

the ffl license(+ other stuff) lets you buy and sell firearms without the ATF getting angry. You have to go through a licensed FFL holder to purchase a new firearm, they run the required background checks and stuff before letting you leave with it

Pretty much what Chris said.

If the gun you are buying is from a licensed FFL dealer, then it needs to be transferred to another licensed FFL dealer. From there, the FFL dealer can transfer it to you via the ATF 4473 form and run the NICS background check. If purchasing from a private party, then no FFL needs to be involved, unless it's being shipped to you. Some states require private parties to transfer via a FFL dealer, so both parties have to visit a dealer and transfer in/out and fill out the 4473 and do the background check.

You will get an email from them informing you that you need to fax a signed FFL or email it. I just got mine today. :) You may need to call them afterwards and adjust the shipping address to the FFL holder.

Ordered 40 Magpul Pmags over the weekend. I know they are back ordered but I should have them before they push any ban. Will try and order more before time runs out.

Found these $25 cheaper than I have been paying. I have been told they are filling back orders fast.

James,

Did you receive your order from rguns yet?

I order a 7" upper for an AR Pistol six weeks ago. I know lowers are suppose to take 8+ weeks and they stated everything else should be around 4 weeks. The prices are good so it should be worth the wait.
#32
I didn't order any uppers. My buddy did and his came in 3 days ago. I am hoping the lowers come in soon, as it's been 8 weeks.

I received communication from DSArms.com. They are filling all backorders starting Feb 1st, and should be up-to-date before the end of the month. If there is anything you want, I suggest you order them NOW! Their prices went up slightly in 2013, not because of Sandy Hook, but as a cost correction for fiscal 2013.

Not a bad price in my opinion, and Prescott isn't too far away anyone up for a little road trip?

Palmetto State Armory just got in some aluminum receivers, too. $120 is higher than it was 4 months ago, but these are the current times.

Hmm think they will
stay in stock? Besides durability any difference between the poly?

Looks like a better overall quality
