For those that for some unknown reason want to see some people suffer for 12.5 miles...
Its not free to watch. Spectators
$20 a person if you sign up before the race. $40 at the gate if you just show up.
Stupid if you ask me...

Sucks this is the same day as the Dirt Riot in Tucson. I would pay to see you run, little man... I need to get with Mike on making a "Marmot Beard" badge for the TJ so you can be with me in Tucson and you go ahead and get that "shirt off at the car show" tatoo of me you've been saving up for so I can be with you at the race. :)

They suggest you get there 2hr before your heat starts.
I plan to get there around 9 Heather & Jen will be with me Im also going to give Heather my camera to use, hope she can wander around and get some pictures for us.

Did my last all out workout.
500m jog
1 mile run
500 jump rope
1 mile row
Wed I will do a quick hike thursday and friday some pushups and a long walk.
Sat... 12.5 miles of pure hell. Its going to rock!

Legs last night.
Today abbs Wed upper body Thur light general over all work out.
Friday might do a walk / jog.
