OK... Ive been trying to do good... eat a salad during the day instead of that burger...
cheated a few times (played cookie monster at home this past week and ate 90% of the cookies)
So start was 192 and its been up & down lowest so far 190. So after the 7.5miles we hiked today I thought to my self wow... thats quite a ways I should see a little drop on the # when I get home... nope 195 WTH!?!?! my best guess is water I drank ALOT.
I couldnt jump across the mini canyon as I knew I would end up hurt and when I did jump into the water I was the only one to touch the bottom :(
Over all felt good to get out and hike!
Hope to get my bike fixed soon and start riding that.

Alive. Having a hard time getting to the gym. Eating is going well. Averaging between 1500-1800 cals a day.

I'm doing ok with food, but exercise hasn't been frequent enough. I'm down quite a few pounds though.

Maybe both? Hard and quick cardio one day and slower endurance training the next. Alternate workouts?

Do intervals Virgil. 2.5 min easy, then 30 secs hard, 2.5 min easy then 30 secs hard. Repeat this often it will really burn the calories.

I am down about 7 pounds. I feel that that is good since we are 5 weeks into it. A slow pace may not win but it will help keep the weight off.

How is everyone doing?

I rocked October and lost just shy of 20lbs. November has been bad. I've maintained my loss, but haven't lost any more. I plan to kick it up a notch after this weekend and drop another 20-30 in December.
