This is cool you guys, and even tho I need to lose a few, I won't be joining you. But here are a few pointers from a professional dieter and fitness geek:
1. Write down everything you put in your mouth. Studies have shown the people who keep a food journal lose a lot more weight than those who don't. You don't even need to count the calories or anything; just write EVERYTHING you eat in a cheap little note pad. Supposedly it keeps you more aware of what your doing along with your goal.
2. Walk! Park far from the front door. Use the bathroom on the next floor or next building. Walk to lunch. Walk the dog. Walk to chill after work before you make dinner.
3. Throw away all your junk food. It will scream out your name at midnight of the 5th day of your challenge; and you will eat it!
4. If you exercise, combine exercises to expend energy faster. Work out for 20 to 30 minutes tops, but completely exhaust yourself in the doing. Squats + Curls. Push-Ups + Leg lift. Lunges + Shoulder Press. Wear yourself out fast!
5. Drink at least 2 liters of water everyday. It will help trick your tummy into being full AND it will help rid your body of toxins associated with burning fat.
6. Try to eat only the food God gave us; Plants and Animals! (Perimeter of the store, don't go down the aisles)
