(Scott Boone made my day the other day when he said he could tell I had lost weight... and then promptly ruined it again when he said he was getting worried about me with all the weight I was gaining... thanks SCOTT. haha)

326 as of Tues night at the gym. Im back at it and training hard for a strongman comp in July.
