The point is no matter what program not to get burned out and discusted i was in the martial arts for 24 years and no matter what you do its better than doing nothing.....

That is the truth. This is why I am at a cross fit gym. Its not the same thing every day.
Today was
3 rounds for time:
500m Row
150 Jump rope
400m Run

~Rest 2:00~

For time:
30 Box Jump

9-9-9 @ 88lbs on KBS I think I could have done 106.

30 reps of 220lb for dead lift for total time of 10:07

Lunch then off to hike/run. 2 weeks till TM!!!
