heres the current project im working on, along with other little projects.
01 xterra, swapping in a dana 44 hp in the front and a custom 9" in the rear. also putting in an atlas and possibly new bumpers. the worst part of this swap is cutting all the old brackets off the front that held the ifs. heres a few pics. more to come as soon as we get more parts thats were waiting on.

heres a few more of the plates. had to make a cover plate cause my welder was not working properly last night and so i had to grind a lot out and fix it and i just couldnt live with how it looked afterward. got a new torch today and its working great now...not what i was going for but it doesnt look bad.

Good catch :)=)

4 wheel parts is a chain and 4wheelers supply is a family run shop. these are coming from 4 wheel parts and the spring was coming from ohio. this particular spring is on national backorder.

heres a few of the rear leaf mounts at the frame.

Nice! came out pretty trick looking. Glad you caught that little 'issue' with the Ballistic housing - being a perfectionist is never a bad thing IMO. Thanks!

Can't wait till it's rolling again

ya i had a few words with them today in person and they didnt seem to care at all. they wouldnt even give me a new housing. the fact that they are not checking the housings after they weld them for trueness bothers me. cause now i have to fix them and thats not what i should have to do. not impressed with the shop either. ya the rear mounts came out nice. and yes im very glad i caught the housing problem. i just hope it seals and doesnt leak after we get it in.
