do those radios have serial numbers on them? I can keep an eye out on ebay and craigslist too

Ok, I posted info to 4x4ham.com, and 3 of the Yahoo Groups I belong to. ArizonaXJ, ArizonaHam, and AZHamServe. Those 3 have to go pending moderator approval before my post will show up. I also bumped a few of the VJC threads with the radio info. I'll be on the AEN-MAR net tonight and make the announcement also.

Well so far nothing.
Turns out I have comp coverage so Im kinda covered...
blue book on the jeep is only $1700 & A $500 dedct. so this is all new to me...
I guess if its found & can be fixed I can have a shop of my choice fix it but I have to pay the 1st $500.
after 20days its considered a total loss... & then they'll start that process...

This totaly sucks no good ending in sight either way I lose...

I feel like an emotional rollercoaster. Yesterday was sad/happy for me on the recovery and after hearing your news today, I'm sad/angry. I'm going to hug my Jeep when I get home tonight.

There are a few of us that have a pluthera of receipts... Tires. lifts... you name it... If it push comes to shove we can make things happen.

Yeah I too have been glued to the aprs too...
But Im sure we all know that by now all the electronics are gone and shes probably stripped, naked & will be getting cold soon too :sad:

Update:
Just got a call from a CCV member who is a Peoria PD officer, he was just admiring the XJ yesterday, so he's putting out another ATL to Peoria, Surprise, & Glendale.

Good news! Good news!!!

Paul just called me so I have VERY few details, but he said they found the jeep (crashed into a house) and they have a suspect in custody.

I don't know the condition of the Jeep or if his gear is still there or not, but he said he's headed down to see the cops and will update me in a bit.

GREAT NEWS! (Praise the Lord. Lots of praying going on today...)

Sweet! Great to hear... I really hope the girl is the same way as when she left for a day trip without dad! :sad: Keep us posted.
