Discovered I don't have a Christmas tree.8| That stinks. I think I accidentally threw it out when I moved into this apartment. :'( Oh well. Now the hunt for a Christmas tree begins.

If you haven't already found one I've got an artificial one you can have. I think its 6 or 7 feet, I'll have to double check. We've just established a new tradition of getting our own tree every year so we won't need it anymore. If you're interested just shoot me a PM.

got a phone call from work

asked if I could come in for OT today

put up my Christmas lights. Discovered with this new home that I need more extension cords.

Just got my jeep up to 50mph (I think...) for the first time since Moab. 40" unbalanced tires are a little bouncy but no DW in the front.

spent 3 hours in superior court. My friend got another continuance so I get to go back in 30 days to testify on his behalf.

I just had to show my conceal permit to a police officer

I got home and was spraying some of my squeaks down with WD in the parking lot when I heard PSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I looked around the vehicle and saw a man withdrawing a foot long sharp object from a neighbor's tire. I immediately lit him up with my maglight and asked him what he thought he was doing and he walked away saying, "She F***ed with me!" I took a few steps after but realized if he was waiting around the corner he had gone around, holding his knife or whatever it was, I'd be forced into a shooting situation (I was carrying). So I stopped and called the non emergency police line. They were there pretty quick. Two cars pulled up and asked if I was the caller. I dentified myself and then told them I was armed. They asked where and I showed my conceal holster. They then asked if I had a permit, which I produced along with my ID. With my mag and gun, they asked if I was a security guard.
Wrote some stuff up and that was it as far as I was concerned.
