So the hard drive here that we store all of our customer files on was dropped last week. Data Doctors called today and told me the hard drive is unrecoverable. The head crashed into the disc and shattered or something.
2.5 years of design and files gone.

Dad gum, dude. That's tough. I've seen data doctors recover some pretty seriously messed up stuff from fires and other issues that we though were unrecoverable... you are right... tough day.:sad:

Ask for the drive back, Ill take it apart and play with it if you want. Whats the worse that can happen?

I do have some data recovery software... but doubt it would help in that kind of a situtation.
