One of the guys Im friends with at work is headed back to India this weekend so I got him a going away present. Hes facinated with American Football and he told me he never even held a football before. So I stopped by Walmart the other day and picked up a regulation size NFL ball for him.
I gave it to him this morning and he was very happy. He kept asking how to hold it, wanting to know how to snap the ball like he sees on tv and had been tossing it to himself in the office all morning
Just a little while ago, some more co-workers from India came in and one of them asked Lijo if that ball on his desk was a baseball. I told her nope, its a tennis racket, she just replied "oh, how do you play tennis it?" heheh :)g)
Its funny the sports we think are common are completely foreign to the rest of the world
