On of the places to go on our "list" has been Monument Valley, UT. Has anyone gone there and how was it? Is this a place we may want to take a full weekend before the whole Moab trip in the spring. Food for thought. Always wanted to go and though some of you may have been.

It's reservation land right? Just scenic drive?
Don't know how many of us can afford a double whammy but it would be nice to one day make it up there.

oh gosh... couldn't do both on the same trip or even the same month, but maybe Monument Valley sometime mid fall, or even next summer. Just always wanted to go out there and it sounds like Moab is the "big trip" for the spring.

A year late but I think we can make this happen...

It's already in the works = Monument Valley Sept. 19/20, 2009!!!
