The guys over at Weta created this fully functioning four wheel drive Warthog, with a working gun, digital displays, airbags and the ability for the Warthog to crab crawl as well as four wheel steer.

Why did it say Halo 3 at the end of the trailer?

since production stopped on the halo movie they turned some of the footage into a series called halo 3 short films

they are suppose to be making more but I havent seen them yet

Are they going to finish the movie?

I didn't see anything that made me believe that was a real vehicle though.
