They want $900 for it unwelded or $1,300 welded. Its made out of 1.75" 1026 DOM tubing. Plus shipping. Is this a good price or should I see if a shop locally can make one?

I can check with Matt and see what he would charge. He caged his truck and a couple of his friends and did a really good job on them.

He gets back for Hawaii Friday night and I am picking them up from the airport so remind me and I will talk to him.

I like it. Dash bar looks a little high.

Just talked to polyperformance, they dont offer them fully welded shipped anymore. So its $90 for shipping unwelded

How much is it all together except the welding?

Well if they dont ship welded anymore how are you going to pick it up if you have them weld it?

cant have them do it unless I drove to LA. But for the cost of gas I can find a shop here to weld it cheaper

I told you that Matt will weld it for you and it will probably be less than $90. Dont quote me on that but I know it will be cheap.

if they're charging 400 to weld it i will do it for about half that...

I'll vouch for Matt's weld work too.

Plus he keep a clean garage and actually puts everything back. While not very bright, the boy is detail oriented.

I have that front bumper hoop I need welded up to. I dont think I can make it sunday to Js house, going to be shoveling sand but if I finish up early Ill head down there

Im still debating on the cage. Im headed to Belize in august for vacation so Im trying to save up cash, if I get it before then Ill let you know
