It all started at about 6:30 on Friday night and ended Saturday night around 5:30 p.m with a final gallon or so of 50/50 antifreeze and she fired back up again with a giant smile on my face as we took her out for a test run which went perfect!!! The whole process was incredible and would not of been possible without the help of my two friends Mark Soloman and John Noel. A huge score was our Sat morning trip to AMC 4X4 Salvage on 67th and Belmont. I had a funny feeling as we went into the yard as I saw all those XJ's sitting in that yard waiting to stripped of everything I needed. What a Gold mine!!!! You just pointed to what you wanted and they picked it off for you at no additional charge. Everyone there were very helpful and ended up dealing with us for almost 2 hours. Armed with the Condenser, Radiator, fender, brackets and lenses, ect ,ect including a new grille, we walked out of there knowing she would be fired up again soon. The bumper is going to be picked up Monday and she is Back!!!

When I stopped by Chrises on Saturday to pick up the books I ran over and said hi to everyone working on the Chero. They were just putting the final touches on it and it was looking good.
