I also prefer the 8th over all the other dates.

I'd prefer the 16th, but can make the 8th work.

It would be a sad display. I tossed most the lights and decorations last year and gave Kristi what I had left. Im not doing a tree and I don't have a fire pit at this time.

I think the 8th is fine with me. My house can probably be used if you all want to make the drive. I can provide sleeping space for those that need to make it an overnight trip from new Mexico. :))

Fire Pit will be active. So is the pool, if you are so inclined for a cold dip.
Inside of the house will be decorated. Not so sure about the outside. Maybe the back area. Depends on time.

I'm most likely working that day so I'll be ordering in the food, or we can grill burgers and hotdogs.
If you can cook, bring a side dish. If you can't cook, bring drinks or dessert. Either way, post up what you're bringing so I can make up the difference.

Bring your own alcohol.

Fyi, if anything happens that we need to change for your work schedule or anything. I may ahve been slow to tell Reba it's not at our house so she already has stuff prepped to party. :))

But we're planned to be there with the kids.

I think I remember last year feeling like we ended too early. I remember having a lot of fun hanging out outside with people for a goodish amount of time.
