Site got hacked

We moved to a new webhosting provider. Im still in the process of upgrading and fixing things - but the forums should work

Is this more expensive?
Nope, this site costs about $120 a year vs the $250 we were paying

User Registration?
Ill leave it enabled, but a site admin will need to manually approve users. I removed the email functionality of the site to reduce the attack surface of the server.
