Also, who's bringing what (food/drink). This way I know what to tell Betty to go shop for. Matt, can you please update your first post when people respond.

I'm making either elk burgers. The ground elk is mixed with beef. Super low fat content so the burgers may be a bit firm or chewy. I guess I can infuse some ground pork into it... thoughts?

We will bring a potato casserole thing with bacon in it. If everyone is bringing a ton of desserts we won't bring one, but if it's needed we will just bring some finger food type dessert.

Thanks to everyone that came by last night and helped celebrate another Higher Ground 4X4 Christmas party. It was awesome to see everyone and had a chance to catch up. It's too bad more of the regulars were unable to attend.

It's been almost a year since I've seen some of you and especially the kiddos. They are all so BIG now.

Lucy has a new home again with Avis and I look forward to seeing her on the trail. Here are some pics from the party. Already looking forward to the next one!
