Willys Wagon
#1
Well, as most of you already know I acquired another jeep... without really even trying. Saw a guy post it up on FB classifieds and figured it wouldn't hurt to offer the golf cart for it. He was all for it, so the next day I loaded up and made the trade.

It's a 1950 Jeep Willys Wagon, 4x4, 4 inch lift, rotted 31 inch tires, 283 SBC with (haven't confirmed this yet) a T90 transmission and Dana 18 T-case...the same setup in the CJ, and the same stuff I pulled out of that free jeep a few weeks ago. It's got either a front Dana 25 or 27, still need to confirm and it has an old offset Dana 44 in the back. Interior is trashed and i'll be gutting the whole thing and starting over. Most of the glass is broken, but thankfully it's all flat so it's cheap to buy new... Fuel tank needs drained, needs a new carb, ignition switch, alternator and battery and I think it might run.

All in all, it was a good trade on both ends really... i had paid $1300 for the cart, and had maybe a $200 into it with the lights and winch. His kids will have fun with the cart, and I love the jeep. Cool thing to, the guy I got it from raced his first EMC race this past KOH...Finished, but after time.

This board may be small but its project section runs heavy.

first step pull interior and pressure wash the whole thing?

Yup, definitely.

Aside from that not much will happen for a while on it because I need to get my dads parts truck apart and gone so I have a spot in the driveway again.... Once that happens I'll start working on it a little to get it running. I don't have a ton of money to dump into it right now so it'll just be the basics to get it drive able
