Figure its never to early to lock down a date - especially with our schedules
What Saturday works for everyone?

Michael/Noel - dessert
Avis - Side dish
Chris - beer/wine and veggies
Matt - Side dish

15 adults 11 kids i think

Michael + Wife
Matt + Wife & 2 kids?
Jimmy + 2 kids?
Avis + Wife and crackers?
Bob + beard
Alan + Wife & 2 kids

Unsure on dates yet, need to find out when company party is first.....

Since you're asking, that weekend could be tough since it contains both Noel's and my mother's birthday.

12th or 19th work. 12th is easier, but I'm flexible either way.
If we need to, we can host at my house again. It's been a few years, so I'm pretty sure I'm up in the rotation.

Life has been kinda busy and I'm down in Tucson now. I started a new job and I don't know if I'll have to work that day/night but we will try to make it! I mean it is my annual emergence from hibernation to say hello to everybody.
I can't promise cupcakes either.
