***Coffee milk and sugar will be provided with each breakfast. If there are any items on the menu that are not to your liking please feel free to bring something to grill. Please also remember to bring your own beverages and daily snacks if needed. ***
Saturday Night
Imported Italian Sausage sauté in onions and peppers hand-picked by authentic Italians, served on a fresh hoagie roll. Paired with freshly scooped potato salad.
Sunday
Breakfast- Farm fresh eggs served with bacon and English muffin
Lunch- Your choice of freshly sliced deli meats on wheat or white bread served with an assortment of gourmet chips
Dinner- At the Rez
Monday
Breakfast- Pancakes and pan seared sausage links
Lunch- Your choice of freshly sliced deli meats on wheat or white bread, served with an assortment of gourmet chips
Dinner- Award winning chili and beef stew served with a side of corn bread
Tuesday
Breakfast- Assortment of freshly baked muffins and bagels with a side of imported fruits
Lunch- Imported hamburg and hot dogs, served with freshly scooped pasta salad and your choice of gourmet chips
Dinner- American chop suey. An unexplainable blend of peppers, onions, hamburg, rigatoni, and a red sauce served with a side of garlic bread
Desert- Assorted cookies
Wednesday
Breakfast- Farm fresh eggs ham and cheese sandwich served on an English muffin
Lunch- Your choice of freshly sliced deli meats on wheat or white bread served with an assortment of gourmet chips
Dinner- Becky’s famous green chili enchiladas served with a side of beans, tortillas chips and salsa
Thursday
Breakfast – Pancakes and pan seared sausage links
Lunch - Your choice of freshly sliced deli meats on wheat or white bread, served with an assortment of gourmet chips
Dinner- Grilled BBQ Chicken served with a mixed melody of vegetables and Sue potatoes
Friday
Breakfast- Farm fresh eggs with a side of bacon and fresh baked assorted bagels
Lunch- Your choice of freshly sliced deli meats on wheat or white bread, served with an assortment of gourmet chips
Dinner – Chicken and rice Fajita casserole, drizzled with your choice of salsa and/or nacho cheese, served with a healthy side of refried beans and chips
Saturday

Lunch - Imported hamburg and hot dogs, served with freshly scooped pasta salad and your choice of gourmet chips
Dinner- New England Shepherd’s Pie, a well-blended layer of hamburger, corn, and mashed potatoes topped off with a layer of sharp cheddar cheese

(Comments from me: ) Man we've got this down to a science! Everyone on "my" team (Bob, Avis, Scott, Mike, Chris, Jimmy, Caleb) are included in this when we planned for a headcount and budget. LetzRoll has it covered for you. Aivs - there is plenty of food for everyone, so please feel free to invite your ladies. They are definitely NOT excluded by any means, but I did not include them in the official head count. Mike, Chris, Jimmy, Caleb - they know you guys are only Wed - Sat/Sun, again... plenty of food for everyone. Bring your own beverages, though, including plenty water.
