My goal was to narrow the rear sides but have removable mud flaps and partial fenders.......
Here it is with all the old/un-usable stuff removed;

And then some tube work was needed;

Next was some new Tupperware sides as I still want to maintain the "truck" look;

Here I finally got it outside for some better shots after re-mounting the batteries and getting the Flenders done.
Here in trail mode;

Here is a view from straight down the side showing the taper of the bed side;

Now you prolly saw the flenders laying in the driveway for the trail mode pics, the attach at 2 points, a main mount where the fender joins the flap with the post going into a larger post welded to the frame and fastening with a quick release pin. The other mount is at the tip or front of the flender where I just welded a bolt to the flender and a washer to the truck and fasten with a wing-nut. I can R & R them in less than a minute......
Now what am I to do with them once I get to the trail and want to remove them? Well I had to make some mounts for them in the bed but I didn't want them floppin around or rattling or most of all I didn't want them to take up too much space. Plus I wanted them easy to R & R AND as if that wasn't enough I wanted to be able to R & R them from outside the bed of the truck..... So I basically mimic'd the mounts but in the bed and around the spare tire;

The bungy is just to keep the forward flap from floppin around as the flap parts of the flenders overlap each other.
