On Sat I got to lift heavy things with a bunch of BIG BIG men. I came in dead last. Dont even care. Had so much fun working out with other strongman and woman from all over AZ. Got to meet some new people and root for some new guys that had never done a meet before.
I still have issues with overhead lifts but was able to set a new comp PR for myself on Log. I hit 275# and failed on 295.
The tire flip about killed me. 50 feet of tire flips with a 750# tire will suck the life out of you.

It was a great comp and lots of fun. People hung out after for pizza and beer. Lots of fisherman type stories told and smiles all around.
