Today I had experienced better service from them.

They have adjusted their policy on wheel spacers and will now service vehicles as long as the spacers are bolt-on and they can check the torque. I have Teraflex hubcentric 1.5" spacers.

My tires were purchased from them and I will continue to give them my business.

Thanks James, that's great to know. I had stopped using them because I'd have to shuck the tires and bring them down in another vehicle.
