Went up for a much needed easy going trip up past Four Peaks and on to Edwards Park. Been there during wild flower season; this time it was snow.
Was going to go it alone, but Steve wanted to go if I plan B'd and forewent the overnight camping. So we went up today and found ourselves in the crunchy stuff. Great scenery as always and I was able to get some more shots of the X off the pavement.













There was snow all the way to the meadow.

It's not everyday you get to experience COLD weather and snow only about an hour outside of town. And you would think that with my extra layer of blubber I wouldn't mind camping in the white cruchy stuff, but you'd be wrong! It was a great day-trip.

If you were going to do an Xterra calendar, this would get my vote.
