This was a great transaction.
The seller took our "can we meet in the middle offer," honored it over later higher cash offers, met us at the bank, "accidentally" filled the tank, and left the radio tuned to klove.
Came from Jake's Corner. We talked about guns and stuff beforehand.
It's a 2009 with 120k on it because he drove it down here quite a bit. Looks great though.
