Bad vibe
#1
Getting a real bad vibe when the truck isnt under load. 40mph on up as soon as you let off truck gets the shakes.
Pulled over and crawled under the truck and the joints look good and the driveshaft is still tight.
Thinking it could be R&P or t-case... thoughts?

Sounds more like r&p over t-case... Might jack it up and move things around a little. If it all feels normal, pull the covers and take a peek. Feel like its more towards the back, front or just everywhere?

Back end

Haven't you already had the rear end re-built once? I'm betting that's what it is.. most times if something is going out in a T-case it won't vibe, it'll just blow up.

Take the drive shaft off and check the joints. I had exact same thing on my truck. It was the rear u joint.

its your tires

Pulled the diff cover... everything looked ok. Its not the best but nothing that would make it vibe like it is.
Need to find some time this week to pull the ds and pop in new Ujoints

I dont think so. Only because when its under load there is no vibe. Wouldnt a bent shaft cause a vibe all the time?
