Now you know our nutshell story. I have always helped Virgil on his computer stuff, mid seventies and he has forgotten more about computers than most people know. Anyway, he went on a trail cleanup with us a couple months back and afterward we hit a piece of one of the trails, he was in hog heaven, he loved it, next thing I knew he wanted to go on all the runs and I said sure. He left in early December to travel the country and visit family and called me while he was gone, he wanted a toy to play off road, he has a 2005 Grand Cherokee with a Hemi but don't want to scratch it so we have to get him a rhino or something. Two nights ago I took him out looking and he fell in love with a tricked out 660cc Yamaha Rhino that would offroad no trouble and he was not as concerned with the $19G tag as I was except that we could dicker it down!!! He wanted to look at jeeps first tho. So, I took him first to look at a friends jeep that he was selling cheap to get the money quick to buy another rig he was looking at and low and behold, Virgil, mid seventies, 5"7 or 8 maybe dear sweet loveable man, bought this 5.5" lifted TJ on 35's!!!!!!
He never ceases to amaze me. We are taking him out saturday for his first group of off road lessons!!!
This man loves the Lord and life and is an inspiration to me and my wife and I love him like no other. Thanks for listening to our story, here is a couple pics of his new 97 TJ, and yes, he has mentioned painting it eventually, prolly his favorite automotive color, RED!!!
