Last night I spent 2 hours at the gym. First hour was a crossfit WOD (workout of the day) and the next hour was a kettelbell WOD. By the time I left I could hardly move my arms and was starving! Got home and the only thing in the house was the brownies I made the night before.
I went beast mode on that pan and did the 5 min AMBAP (as many brownies as possible). I am happy to say that was the best work out EVER!!!! Made sure to recover with a nice glass of milk.
