Graham puts you at 10,000ft overlooking regular old boring AZ. At its height, there is at least a 30degree difference in temperature from its base.
It recorded an average the last couple years of 10" of rain in the August months.
Phoenix's average in an entire year is 8.29
Mount Graham's rainfall measured 33.91" total in 2011.
Add all that up and you have in some spot what equates to a Washington State looking forest, with waterfalls, mushrooms and wildflowers.
