Props to the folks at Smittybilt

I rarely have good things to say about manufacturers. Most seem to spit out mediocre products and don't back them with good customer service. This is not my experience with the folks at Smittybilt. Since I purchased my JK, I've been slowly building it up to meet my needs. I'm not prepared to spend crazy money so I'm always looking for some good deals and good values. Smittybilt has always been a winner for me.

Ray Anamos at Smittybilt has been a fantastic contact for me. Whenever I had any issues, he's the one that responded and resolved my issues quickly.

1. I purchased a GEAR tailgate cover and one of the bags was not stitched properly. One quick phone and a replacement was at my door in 2 days. He even let me keep the defective one.
2. My XRC-8 winch broke an electrical connector on the drive motor. Again, one quick call and a replacement was at my door 2 days later.
3. Last week, I noticed that my neoprene seat covers had busted a stitch and some stretching on both fronts and rears. I sent him some pics, and the replacements arrived in 2 days.

So, props to Ray Anamos and the good folks at Smittybilt for coming up with creative products, great customer service, and prices that won't break the bank!
