10 Deadlift 275lbs
50 Single Unders (jump rope)

Did a 1 rep max workout Mon night.

1RM Power Clean 205lbs
1RM Bench 300lbs

Thanks! Yes it did. But the day also filled me with enough rage to lift heavy things. ;)

I attempted 500lbs but was to spent from the work up to 455lbs. I was able to lift it off the floor but couldn't stand up.

The last month has been a hard push on lifting. Yesterday was 1 rep max for power clean, thrusters, and front squat.

PC 100kg

Thruster 70KG

FS 120KG

1 rep max bench 305lbs

For time with a partner each doing
50 pull ups
50 bar dips
50 sit ups

They shut off the clock before I was done with my sit ups It was around 18 min.

3 Full rounds + 5 Burpees +7 Wall Ball 20 and 3 KBS

Wall Ball 20lb Got 17. Ball slipped out of my hands
