the players:
tipsez 94 yj- chris with his soon to be wife and a friend

sally 95 xj- matt with a friend

helojeff 10 jk- jeff

brotobeast 04 tj- russ with lucy of course

the plan was to run upper and lower terminator and then go from there. lower term started out with the chris getting caught up on a shackle. with a couple of mives using a hi lift and then a little cable (first time matt got to use it and it was used a couple more times) the open/open yj was up and over. term 1 us 0
a few feet later xj decides she does not like her front spring and kicks it out (becomes a reoccuring theme on this trip) term 2 us 0
we get moving again and i get chris over the white line for his first time. great job on that.
term 2 us 1
a rock decided that the tail light on the xj looked too new and it was time to take it out.
term 3 us 1
z turn bit the jk and bit his rear brake line vice grips and RED duct tape we were good. brakes are over rated and three work just fine.
term 4 us 1
the rest of lower term was a blast with new ways of crawling lines and getting some air time. we all made it out fine
term 4 us 5 we win!!
upper tem was next and it got the best of us early. yj going through a narrow obstacle open/open i remind you had her top removed and had to go topless the rest of the way.
ut 1 us 0
side note: chris came on the cb and said that for the wedding the crab is out and it is meatloaf now. i came back anymore damage and it might be rice and beans)
spring pop again!
other than that we were done with this trail
ut 1 us 4
chris parted ways and it was just three and we decided to run judgement day.
being the only one who had run judgement day i tool the lead and pulled up my tracks to get to the trail.
jd 1 us 0
yes judgement day has already one upped us because it has been a long time since i ran it i forgot which way to go:rolleyes: so i flipped the coin and went left and that was when we started to run judgement day backwards. it was actually really fun and some good challenges for us.
we made it to the fall and that was when we deliberated for a bit on how to get down. finally we decided to use all the way to the left. i went first and had matt hook cable just in case. was not bad at all and the rest of us made it down with no problems.
jd 1 us 3
we pondered for a few moments if we wanted to climb the fall now. we decided against it since we would have had to go down again or run it the rest of the way we just came and it was getting late in the day. on the way out out popped a spring again.
all in all a week day run that was a win win for everyone. no major damage we all made it home safe to wheel another day!
GO RED JEEPS!
another side note: damage to me, two jammed fingers, a huge scratch down my leg from a branch, and worst of all a broken camera lens. had set my camera on the jk's fender and he did not see it and pulled up a hill and it fell. the syncros are shot but i can still focus manually. i have not tried it yet to see of anything else is out of wack with it but the lens was not cracked at least.
