So its the Friday before Christmas. All the full time staff got off 2 hours early (3pm) and the night staff was slated to be here till 6pm. I told them at 3pm we will clear out at 5pm and they get paid till 6. At 5 pm I had 3 people that "cant leave till 6"...

Why cant they leave. They didnt let anyone know to pick them up at 5.
