Lot's of regular peoples really take to the December snow one.
We really tried to capture every environment possible and then make sure the seasons matched up to our placement. You have the simplicity of a leisurely drive out to the lake and then on the other end of the spectrum, more challenging skill testing situations where teamwork and experience are essentials.
Most people have told me that they like this year's cal pics better. Jury's still out on that decision for me.
One of the coolest things I think about this years cal is that more people contributed to it. Last year, all but one of the photo's was captured by me, but this year, there were other photogs, including Dana, Debbie, and Jonathan (I think).
Thanks to all the Jeepers who made the pics easy winners, and again to J for teaming up with me to sort through all of our many many shots and setup help. Last year, the cal was a huge challenge, but we've whittled down the process considerably.
We plan to send one out to each of our reviewed manufacturer's. Then we have the site and ebay (and you) for our sales, and possibly some up at some 4x4 shops around.
The main goal was not to turn profit (ok maybe a wee bit to get some shirts made), but for the most part the coolness factor that our pics and our Jeeps were hanging on people's fridges and in office cubicles 1000's of miles away. Hopefully vendors will see our efforts and talents to, and then who knows.
But think about it, someone somewhere is envying the coolness of your Jeep and the places you've been, the beautiful scenery, and the limits you've pushed. I'd say we've got a pretty cool hobby/way-of-life going here, something I know I'm glad to have been a part of and happy to have contributed to.
