I think I was here before but living in Maryland at the time. My wife Pattey and I have moved to Apache Junction AZ now.

We are the founders of Alpha Omega Offroad in Maryland but felt the calling to move to the HEAT. No more snow for us, unless we are visiting it...

Here is my Jeep

And Patteys jeep

It sure IS, babe.....love you!

Sorry to pirate your thread, hon, but I figured I'd say "hey" in here rather than try to find my old one!!!
Hey all. I've actually been a member here since 2008 when I met Michael in another club's forum. I was ecstatic to find a Christian club and this club is fantastic. I was concentrating on starting up another Christian Club on the east coast with my then boyfriend (now husband) Chris. It's actually quite successful and currently being run by our best friends back home. We are LOVING Arizona and don't plan on going anywhere soon....so I look forward to meeting you guys face to face. Chris posted a pic of my Jeep...but I have my favorite:

I know where that is! haha Excellent looking jeep!

Thank you. I am completely in love with it.
I never thought I'd get over totaling my '05 Xterra (I had lifted it and put 33s on it....it wasn't hugely built, but it was super capable!) but this Jeep sure has helped. It's taking a while to get used to how small it is. Butcher Jones and Box Canyon are the only things I have wheeled out here....easy stuff. The Jeep never saw anything but a beach a couple times before I bought it. I hope to unleash its FULL potential eventually. Once we (Jeep and I) get in sync. It's been fun so far.

I had an 05 xterra. Good vehicle. Weak drivetrain.
#16
I wheeled the hell out of it right off the showroom....I was always amazed at how well it did.
But you;re right, I had some friends that had trouble with their '05s and the drivetrain.

Mainly, it was FAST. I got a bug up my butt about a little Audi that cut me off on the highway
and decided to chase it. My husband was behind me in his truck trying to keep up, he hit 115
and my Xterra was still pulling away. (I'm a jerk for speeding and don't EVER anymore...but I
daydream still of how fast it was)

Went to the mud bogs/sand drags out here in AJ and was DYING watching people race their DDs
and stuff. I would have whoooped some serious butt in my Xterra. My Jeep does 0-60 in 3 mins!!!
