I need some help switching my CJ's tires to my XJ and vice versa. Anyone have the necessary means to do this.

I wish it was. CJ is 5 x 5.5 lug pattern. XJ is 5 x 4.5 lug pattern. Thanks for the advice though.

So, are you looking to swap the rubbers on the rims, or did you need something to change the bolt patterns?



These guys have some nice spacer/adaptor platforms that may help you. They are also reasonably priced.

Got it done. Had to swap rubber on rims. (that sounds dirty). XJ and CJ have different bolt patterns. XJ had no tread and wanted to put tread from CJ rims on XJ rims.
