Bellator Armament goes LIVE Nationwide with the release of their MP5k clone!
#1

Bellator Armaments is a project that's been in the works for over a year. It's been pretty quiet as it prepared for it's nationwide launch. This week, Bellator Armaments opened for business and started by picking up several national retailers.

The company manufactures TRUE HK clones. It's first release is the SP89 clone (model: BA89k) is in semi auto for civilians and full auto for LEO (full auto's come with a tungsten filled carrier).

Atlantic Firearms was one of the first to pick up this line.

Normally, don't get this excited about the release of a new gun or a new manufacturer. So, why am I so excited???

1. GOOD HK clones are HARD to come by. Trust me. I've played with many.
2. When you find a good one, they tend to be expensive.
3. This is an Arizona company!

I may also be excited because... it's also my brother's company.

Rock on, bro!

The parts are built in several states, but assembled in Arizona. His first release is the SP89 clone.

Next is the HK416 clone.

Then, will be the MP5 clone in semi-auto and with a fake suppressor (bringing it to a legal 16").

He's able to clone the SP89 and the MP5 because their patents has WAY expired. The HK416 can be "sorta" cloned because the HK416 is an improved variant of the Stoner AR15/M16.

Most of their handguns are still under patent, especially the brand new HK45. :)

This weekend I'm going to go and pick one up. I use to own the last high quality SP89 clone, which was converted to an MP5-k (full-auto). Therefore, I can do a good write-up on it's quality and performance.

I finally had the chance to go try out the Bellator Armaments BA89k. We took a trip to the desert and I brought my cousin along. We gave him the opportunity to fire the first round. His reaction is priceless.
