If you go make sure you bring any parts you think you will need. Last year my trip was cut short because the 4x4 shop wanted $800 for a lunchbox locker and couldn't get it for a day...

33's and a locker will get you over most of moab.

do you absolutly have to have a locker? If so what is the best one I can get for the least amount of money?

As you know I am not locked and I wanted to wait till I can get new axels, but if I can get a set for really cheap I just might ask Santa to bring them to me.

Ive seen the lunchbox lockers go for around $200. Just watch the classifieds section on jeepaholics and jeepsunlmited

Are you a 30/35 combo? I thought you had a 44 in the back. You don't need a locker... it just helps.

No 44 yet unless you have one laying around. I am running 35's right now.

Well, the time off work has been approved. Time to make the call to slickrock and get a camping spot. Only 4.5 months... I have some work to do!

I think a club run would be a great thing. It would really help to get our name out there and we could pass out cards and tell people about the site. Maybe we could get some more activity and people to sign up for the board.

Are you thinking during the JU run or another time? I love Moab so I would be up for a 2nd trip. I would like to do the Rubicon this summer too... I just don't know if I will have the $$$ for it.

I really wish I could go but Jens brother is getting married and the wedding and batchlor party are the weekend befor and after the trip. Also with me starting a new job i just dont think I can get a week off.

I wish more than anything I could go but I just might have to wait till next year.

My friend need to take off early from Moab so I will have an open seat for Wed Thurs and Fri... If any of you guy want to drive up for a day or two you are more than welcome to. The only thing you would need to cover is your gas and food. The camp spot is paid for.

Like I said befor, I would love to go but we just have so much going on that month with 2 weddings and a trip to vegas. I am going to start planning for next year and preping the Jeep so it dosent look like a baby when I go.
