Tough mudder training is still going ok. I did 2 miles walking at an almost jog pace and then ran the two miles back. On the return trip I ditched the shoes. It felt great. Everything was lined up and there was no pain in my feet. However, I am paying for it today. I need to do more with out my shoes to get my feet in shape for longer runs.

4 Months!!! Thats it.
I picked up some NB T10 shoes. Love them. They feel great and my feet don't hurt. I have 4 miles to do tonight. Rock on!
I will be doing 10 miles after work on thursday or friday night. Most of it will be a walk but I want to know what 10 miles feels like now so I am not shocked when it comes time for the race.
