Today started out as a day to just putz around. i was thinking running the pipeling backwards and then come back and run new river canyon, wanted to test daniel's welding and see how it held up.

pulled into airdown and met up with a bunch of wranglers who were trying to decide what to run. well another guy and i had never ran judgement day and that made it the choice trail.

we started out and was going to go the backway in when we hit the river area and it was closed. we turned to go back and hit the river crossing on the north end. the renagade that was with us decided to flood out so we ended up towing him back to airdown and then there was four and we were off.

judgement day was a blast and i did the waterfall there fairly easily. i was the second fastest up the it and we are talking the harder line of the three there. then we hit lower terminator and i was taking the harder lines there also and doing them with fairly ease.

i was pumped after today and moved the wheeling skills up a few notches. the guys liked how i worked the clutch since i was the only manual out there, well the is usually the norm anyways.

i had met some of these guys before, could not place right away but in the end we figured it out. they were a part of the group that passed us when we were doing repairs on bills rig and drying out matt's.

these guys were a great bunch to run with and yes i carded them and i hope they join up. they are west siders also.
