Hey guys i am looking for a shot gun, not looking to spend a ton of money. Want this to be in home protection and the occasional shooting. I was looking around at pawn shops and found a tactical mosberg (sp?) for 250.00 and was thinking about buying it but wanted some help.

What kind of mosberg? I love my 500 and $250 seems like a good price.

Bob im pretty sure it was the mossberg 500. Cool part is it was a tactical gun that had a 8 shot tube plus one in the chamber

Or maybe you need 14 in the tube :)

Dang! I was going to post the Kel-Tec KSG. Ya beat me to it. Sweet gun. Not bad for $650. Too bad it's not offered with a breaching barrel. The Mossberg 500 is a NICE choice for home defense. Make sure you tear it down and clean it before shooting it. Pawn shops guns tend not to get serviced or cleaned before hitting the sales floor.
