Roll cage and Fab progress:
#1
Its been a while since i have given any picture updates on my rig so i figured i would put some up. Bryant at Barbic Suspensions is doing all of the fab work. I have to tell you guys first that in the begining I was very sceptical how this was going to turn out. He is a very young guy but i will tell you that i have been pleasantly surprised as to the quality of work and maticulous attention to detail Bryant has. The cage is turning out to be exactly what i have invisioned in my head. So i hope you guys all like what you see with the progress and fab work Bryant has put into my rig. It has been a little over a month since i dropped it off. It could have easily been finished but it is a shop project so as you all know those take time between his other customers. It has come a long way but still has a while left before i get it back. So i will give you all a complete rundown on progres. Slider, and about 90 % of the inside cage are mocked up and ready to be welded in. He is going to be finishing up the inside portion of the cage today. Its looking amazing and the safety factor is huge for me. I bought some new front seat and harnesses for the front. The reason for now triangulation on the inside is that there will be an entire cage on the outside roof which will have all of the necessary triangulation.

The sliders are nice and tight to the body.

Cage fab begins

If you look closely the tube work is amazing. Seriously tight to the body

Steering box bracing and new bumper bracket

The new Rugged Ridge reclynable seats. Got a smokin deal off Ebay for these.

You can see all the on board air stuff sitting on the floor waiting for mock up of where we are mounting it all. Te tank will be elevated off the rear bar of the cage and the two compressor will be mounted to the side bar of the cage on the drivers side with all there own custom bracketry

Like every guy im excited by sparks lol so i thought it was cool to see the sparks shooting out of the pipe and Bryant was doing some plasma cutting

Thanks alot guys, yeah TC everything is tucked really well. It gives my kids plenty of leg room in the back and plenty of room up from. I will however have to wear a helmet a good majority of the time when i am doing heavy crawlin in it.
