What do you wish you understood earlier in your life?
Heres a few from me
manage your life like you would manage your business
you are the only one responsible for your career. It is not your boss's job to promote you or make you smarter.

College stuff for sure. No one gave me any direction or said "you'll need 4 more years after these 4 to do anything with your degree or to ever make enough to pay us back for the first four."
