My steering finally came in. It came silently in the night I'd say since, I never even received confo that the order was received or money taken.
Anyway...
This past wknd, with the help of Steve, I got my steering on. Had to paint it blue to match my other susp stuff (Calmini's color). But it got on despite no intelligable instructions. The 2" Body Lift got on the next day. It took the same amount of time as it did to figure out the steering kit (about 6 hrs).
I still wasn't too ecstatic, until off came the 31's (or whatever the darned metric numbers are) and got on my 285/70/17 (33x11.50ish) BFG AT KO's. Made all the difference.
Tire shop people kept disbelieving that was the size I needed until they came out and saw all that pretty wheel well. They didn't even know someone made a lift for an X.
Anyway, enuf words. It's time to go to bed after another late night getting Jeeps ready for this wknd's trip.

Keep in mind the bumpers had to come off fot the lift, and my new Shrockworks front bumper (and sliders) is already on its way so back off!
