X-box Ring of Death

So, I'm pretty sure someone on this board knows how to fix the ring of death on an xbox 360? It's got 3 lights, which I believe means it's over heating? Anyways... if someone here knows how to fix it, I'd be more then happy to bring it to you and pay you whatever.

np, I had some extra parts from another 360 so I was able to fix your broken door for the memory card.
