Looking for volunteers to write up some tech artilces for the site. These will be used on the main page as well as linked in the forums

Maybe some artilces like

how to change an axle shaft on the trail

how to fix a broken u-joint

how to stop a cherokee from overheating

building your own roll cage

replacing the tj power steering box

etc

any takers?

I could do the cherokee over heating problem, as I've been dealing with that and think I have it fixed for the most part!

great idea chris. i was planning on updating my lift build and what i learned i should have done and added at the time of the install. there are a few things i see i should have added to save wear and tear down the road and not to mention a better ride.

We've changed the Forum based Tech Section and the Review section to an article based system. Now you can add any install or review you like, from simple to complex and it will format it for you. Check the forum out to see and contribute yourself to the site: http://www.higherground4x4.com/forums/articles.php?c=57

The site will auto thumbnail and format it for you. A great write up could be as simple as 1 pic and a short descriptive paragraph.

Thanks Avis for your hood vent write up, it has been made into its own article.
Some may make even the main page, but it's important we at least compile them here. How often have you searched for something as simple as "what wire goes where?"

Thanks Higher Grounders
