With a surplus of javelina tags we were able to buy some over the counter.
So with that we (Zach, David & I) got our combo hunt / fish license's & then our javelina tags for 19B (HAM hunt) We went on a scouting trip and found alot of tracks & leavings, so with that we were all stoked and ready for our hunt the following weekend.
After buying a map for the Prescott forest I soon found out that our area we planed to hunt in was actualy in a different unit (17A) :'(
But none the less we headed out anyway.
We left Friday afternoon & took the back way to Prescott then made our way to the area we planed to hunt in. Camp got set up rather quick by the boys while I made coffee & started a fire.
We had some new 20deg sleeping bags and a new tent too, well the tent sucked :( sleeps 4 my *bleep*
We knew it would be a cold one and for the most part were prepared BUT didnt expect to have ice in my hair or ice on the inside of the tent 8| but some hot coffee and the sun rise we go all loaded / geared up for our hunt!
Mr Game & Fish paid us a visit before we departed, checked our tags & weapons & wished us luck
We did our best to track got up high and glassed & glassed... nothing  only thing found was a part eaten prickly pear, no tracks or leavings.
Day 2 we packed up camp and headed to another area near where we originally wanted to hunt but were in our unit... found tracks & leavings... but they were several days old.
So our 1st hunt was fun :)g) even though we got nothing the time with my boys was great, we got to shoot off our newly acquired .50cal muzzle loader
Sorry for the lack of pics but heres what I did get :cool)
